Creative Ops Lead & Strategist - Tokyo

I'm looking for an entrepreneurial operator to be my right hand - helping inspire and educate millions of entrepreneurs every month.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-person and remote hours.
You’ll have opportunities to meet some of the world's leading experts in business, travel to exotic locations, and gain access to my network.
Responsibilities:
1. Content & Brand Leadership
Oversee all content production and manage our content team
2. Business Operations
Help launch and manage new investments/business units
3. Systems & Operations
Ensure the trains run on time every time
Qualifications
Fluent/native level English. Bonus points for Japanese, though not required
3–5 years of experience in startups, content production, ops, or brand strategy
Familiar with creative tools such as Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.
Passionate about content creation and entrepreneurship. Bonus points if you’ve ever made social media content or understand content strategy
Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and willing to work hard to make a big impact
Growth mindset. We don’t expect you to know everything day one but we do expect you to learn
