📏 SOURCING ITEMS

Since you are an international order, some items may need to be sourced locally.

These items include: monitors, keyboards, cable, and alignment kit.

These items will be deducted from your final amount due so please do not make final payment until you have purchased these items and provided EESystem with an itemized list and receipts.

Please keep in mind that we do not give credit for racks, battery backups, or Vesa mounts. If you choose to do a rack setup, that is your responsibility. If you are doing shelves, those will need to be built before our technician shows up for installation. If you have not had contact with your installer at this point and still need to secure these items, please reach out to EESystem via THIS FORM and we will connect you with your installer.

1. SECURE A LOCATION 📍

⚠️ If you are a PUBLIC CENTER, keep in mind that any major deviations from the location you signed for in your agreement must first be approved by our team.

Before securing a location for a public center, it is always advisable to contact us via the Owners Support Portal with the address of your desired center location to verify it does not differ from what you signed in your agreement or interfere with another center in the area.

2. ROOM REVIEW 📐

You will soon be re-directed to a form to submit video/pictures of the space you plan to install your EESystem. Do not send pictures over email and only send through the form.

Once received, we will review and be in contact with you to provide feedback on the space to prepare for install.

3. FINAL INVOICE 🧾

After we discuss your room and confirm that it meets the necessary specifications, we will send you your final invoice.

4. WHOLESALE PRICES 📿

If you are a public EESystem center and do not yet have a Wholesale Pricing account, you can register for access by visiting THIS FORM.

You may also register at a later time via the Owners Support Portal via our "Contact" page on our website.

5. SHIPMENTS 📦

Once shipments begin, you will receive an automated email providing you a tracking number as well as the contents of the shipment.

6. INSTALLATION 🛠️

Once shipments have been completed, an installer will be assigned to you (if they aren't assigned earlier) and will be in contact with you to finalize any remaining details and to schedule your install.

Update Your File & Upload Pictures/Videos
