1. Only individuals who live or are employed within Fair Lakes League are eligible to receive a shuttle pass.
2. All applicants must provide official documentation showing proof of residency or employment with their application. The documentation must connect the applicant(s) name to the Fair Lakes address.
3. Shuttle passes will be mailed to the address listed on the application via USPS. Once application and documentation is submitted and approved, please allow 5-7 days for processing and mailing.
