After being together for almost a decade,

...and having been engaged for nearly half of that, we have decided it is finally time to get married.

We first went to Lofoten two years ago and have not been able to imagine our wedding anywhere else ever since.

To get there, you'll have to go way north and then north some more. You may have to experience travel by propeller plane to get there, but trust us - this place is like nothing you have ever seen before.

We will help with logistics!

Don't be scared if Google only shows a single flight with a 14-hour layover in Dubai. There's plenty of ways to get there with layovers in Oslo, Trondheim, or Bodø, you just have to know where to look (and we do!).

Norway has the "right to roam" principle - meaning you can camp anywhere and there are quite some camping options around Henningsvær with good facilities nearby. Would you be interested in information on camping or are you set on staying in a hotel?
