Include gate/storage codes, parking/loading info, stairs/elevator details, narrow hallways, disassembly/assembly needed, truck/POD size, and any other important information.
To ensure your belongings arrive safely, we highly recommend providing moving blankets and tape or stretch wrap for all truck or container (POD) loading requests. Please note the following:
Materials: We do not provide protective materials for "load-only" jobs. However, we can supply tape and stretch wrap upon request at our standard material rates.
Liability: To protect your investment, items must be properly padded and wrapped. We cannot be held liable for damage to unprotected items or for any shifting/damages that occur once the loading or unloading process is complete.
