Our priority is to empower you by providing the knowledge, tools, and support you need to make informed decisions about your health and well-being. Other important information

The Assess360 process of care includes the following:

• Completion of your personal menopause profile

• Assignment to a regulated health care practitioner

• Information review by your practitioner throughout the process

• Scheduling and completion of your consult

• Your consult will involve assessment by your practitioner, individualized education about your options, as well as time to answer your questions

• Provision of your menopause report, including recommendations

• A time period to give you the opportunity to implement recommendations and/or see your Primary Care Provider

• Scheduling and completion of your 30-minute Follow-up consult

• Provision of a report for the follow-up

*Please note that, as part of this Beta offering at a reduced fee, our practitioners will not provide prescriptions or initiate lab requisitions. Recommendations may include these items, facilitated by providing your report to your Primary Care Practitioner.
