What is the Social Infrastructure Framework?

Cleveland's downtown lakefront is being planned on two coordinated tracks. The physical infrastructure, which is what gets built, and the social infrastructure that covers what happens once it's built and who it's for. This survey has four sections: general demographics; your relationship with the lakefront; equity, accessibility, and belonging; and economic inclusion and ownership.

This is the first of several surveys. Your answers will directly shape the priorities of the Social Infrastructure Framework — which programming gets recommended, which economic Inclusion commitments get proposed, and what "success" looks like for this site beyond construction.
