1. Parties and enrollment

This Parent Enrollment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between The Little Campus (**“TLC”**), and the parent or guardian regarding the student identified in the enrollment form.

The Parent requests enrollment of the Student in TLC’s Kindergarten Academy for the term beginning on September 1, 2027 and ending on August 31, 2028 (the “Program Term”). Enrollment is not transferable to another child or family.

2. Conditional launch

The parties acknowledge that the Kindergarten Academy is a planned new program. TLC will proceed only if:

1. at least 15 families have entered binding enrollment commitments by October 9, 2026;

2. TLC has completed or satisfied all governmental filings, registrations, notices, and other legal requirements applicable to operation of the program; and

3. TLC determines, acting reasonably and in good faith, that it has the facilities, staffing, insurance, and other operational arrangements required to deliver the program.

TLC will notify the Parent in writing no later than November 20, 2026 whether the program will proceed.

If TLC notifies the Parent that the program will not proceed, or does not confirm by November 20, 2026, this Agreement will end and TLC will refund every amount paid under it, including the holding fee, without deduction.

3. Program and included services

Subject to this Agreement, tuition includes:

- the Kindergarten Academy educational program;

- scheduled care from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;

- specialist enrichment described by TLC;

- lunch and morning and afternoon snacks; and

- TLC’s summer program

TLC will provide the annual calendar, scheduled closures, payment schedule, and current Parent Handbook before the first non-holding-fee tuition payment becomes due.

Brochures, sample schedules, staff assignments, and descriptions of activities illustrate TLC’s intended program but are not guarantees of a particular daily timetable, educator, classroom, activity, menu, or instructional method. TLC may make reasonable changes that do not materially reduce the overall nature or value of the program.

4. Tuition and holding fee

The tuition selected in the enrollment form is either:

- $35,940, payable in 12 monthly installments of $2,995; or

- $34,940, payable in full by August 15, 2027.

The Parent will pay a holding fee of $2,995 when submitting this Agreement. The holding fee is credited toward August 2028 tuition.

Unless section 2 applies, the holding fee is non-refundable if the Parent withdraws or does not complete enrollment.

TLC will not increase the stated tuition or add mandatory program fees during the Program Term.

5. Payment

The Parent will pay all amounts on the dates shown in this agreement. The signing Parent is identified as financially responsible for amounts due under this Agreement.

6. Withdrawal and full-term commitment

The Parent acknowledges that TLC hires staff and reserves classroom capacity based on committed enrollment. If the Parent withdraws after TLC confirms that the program will proceed, the Parent remains responsible for the unpaid tuition for the entire Program Term.

7. Policies

The Parent agrees to the policies expressly identified in this Agreement, as well as the policies outlined in the Parent Handbook.

8. General

This Agreement is governed by Ontario law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A waiver on one occasion is not a continuing waiver.
