For example, some tools may lack transparency, making it difficult to understand the underlying science. Alternatively, tutorials or vignettes might be too narrow in scope. What do you see as the biggest challenge or missing piece in bioinformatics education? (Optional)

Many tutorials and vignettes are limited in scope. Imagine a website similar to protocols.io, STAR protocols or Medium, but entirely dedicated to bioinformatics, where peer-reviewed protocols for large-scale workflows are shared (for example how to go from raw metabolomics & proteomics data to multiomics integration). Such website would also contain blogs explaining why specific tools (e.g., Tool X) are well-suited for particular problems (e.g., Problem Y). How would you rate the usefulness of such a platform for your work or research and do you see any problems with such websites? (Optional)
