By submitting a design to the Friday Pickleball Paddle Design Contest, you agree to the following terms:

1. 
   Originality
   You confirm that your submission is entirely your original work and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any other individual or entity.

2. 
   Ownership Transfer
   By submitting your design, you agree to irrevocably transfer all rights, title, and interest in and to the design to Friday Pickleball. This includes the right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, sell, distribute, or otherwise exploit the design in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity.
   
   Note on Ownership
   At Friday, we are very pro-designer and pro-creator. We understand that some people are putting in a lot of work into their design in the hopes of winning the contest. If your design is not selected as a finalist, but we later end up wanting to use the design for any reason, we will reach out to you to determine appropriate compensation.

3. 
   Usage Rights
   Friday Pickleball has full discretion to use the design in any capacity, including but not limited to: commercial production, digital or physical marketing, website, packaging, and resale.

4. 
   Royalties and Future Compensation
   Apart from the stated contest prize (a $1,000 cash prize and the opportunity to have the design featured on a paddle), no royalties or future compensation will be provided to the winning paddle.
   
   2nd and 3rd place will be offered prizes in the form of store credit.
   
   Eligibility & Selection
   Finalists will be selected by the Friday Pickleball team. The winning design will be chosen via public voting from the selected finalists. Friday reserves the right to reject any submission that violates these terms or does not align with our brand values.

5. 
   Marketing & Promotion
   If your design is selected as a finalist or winner, you grant Friday Pickleball the right to use your name, likeness, and design in promotional materials, social media, and PR, without additional compensation.
