Agreement and Waiver

1. I understand and agree that the charity's staff, officials, representatives, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers will not be held responsible for any liability, claims, demands, negligence, actions, and causes of actions.

2. I understand that the charity's partners will not be held responsible for any injury or loss during participation in this event. Participants are expected and strongly advised to take out their travel and health insurance.

3. I confirm that I am medically fit and will take all health and safety precautions while participating in this event.

4. I agree to be filmed and photographed during this tour to help raise awareness and funds and encourage others to join future trips.

5. I understand that the charity will not be held responsible or provide a refund should I not be able to get a visa or entry clearance for the destination country.

6. In return for being allowed to participate in the charity's volunteer activities, overseas deployments, and all related activities, including any incidental activities, I release and agree not to hold responsible the charity or its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates for any property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising from my participation in the volunteer activities.

I am not entering any contract of employment.

I will be required to comply with the charity’s values, behaviours, and volunteering procedures.

The charity will contact me by phone and email in connection with my volunteering interests.

I consent to the charity storing my personal information, including that contained within this form, for the purpose of processing my application.

My details will be held securely and confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The charity will not share my data with any third parties.

My application will only be accepted on receipt of a satisfactory Lexis Nexis check and reference where this is a requirement of the role.
