-A non refundable deposit will be placed on your card when an appointment is booked. This will be deducted from your total amount at the time of checkout.
-I understand schedules change, therefore I request at least a 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service amount.
-No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
-Please allow me a 15 minute late grace period. You will also have a 15 minute grace period. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and you may be charged the cancellation fee.
