How this form works

After you provide a few details about yourself (the applicant), you’ll choose the type of service you want.

If you choose pick-up and drop-off, the form takes about 5 minutes and only asks for basic information so we can handle the consulate visit for you.

If you choose full service, it takes about 20–30 minutes, and you’ll need your passport and travel details. During the form, you’ll use your phone to take photos of your passport and of yourself.

Once you submit the form, we’ll review everything and give you a call during business hours to confirm details. We’ll then generate your FedEx shipping label and send it to you by e-mail.
