We are hiring a Content Creator (TikTok) to own our social presence, grow our community, and make content that actually makes people want to go find a Leuca.
This role is for someone with a genuine feel for TikTok. Someone who understands trends before they go mainstream, is completely comfortable on camera, and knows the difference between content that hits and content that dies at 400 views.
The role is focused but flexible. You'll create 12 videos a month and focus on community management, built entirely around delivering results rather than clocking hours.
What you'll do
Film, edit, and post 12 TikTok videos per month
Manage the TikTok community i.e. comments & DMs
Attend Leuca events and tastings and shoot content on the ground
Be the face of the content (confidence on camera is a must)
You will not be expected to manage paid ads, run full brand strategy, or work set hours. The primary responsibility is owning the TikTok presence.
This role will likely be a fit for you if you're creative, outgoing, confident on camera, and genuinely love TikTok. It's a real opportunity to build a legitimate brand content portfolio and grow with a brand that's moving fast.
Hours & Pay
This is a paid, flexible role structured around monthly deliverables rather than hours. Base retainer is $1,500/month with a performance bonus pool of up to $500/month — total earning potential up to $2,000. Full bonus structure details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
