George Hacks is a student-led organization at The George Washington University that provides students a platform to engage in problem-based, interdisciplinary healthcare innovation for social impact. We host two annual events (Kogan Makerspace and the Innovation Hackathon) that challenge students of all disciplines to engage their design-thinking skills for change.

Problem Statement Developer: Create a problem statement for Hackathon participants to prototype. Problem statements should align with the 2025 theme, Global Sustainable Design with a special focus on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.

Judge: Evaluate and provide feedback on teams’ final solutions in the demo and pitch rounds on the second day of the Hackathon.
Mentor: Guide participants in their development of their prototypes.
Workshop Leader: Host a workshop on your field of expertise and relevant to the Hackathon.
Sponsor (financial, in-kind, etc): Support the Hackathon or the George Hacks organization.
