🛎️ Collection & Stage Photo Procedure

Upon your selected time slot, please ensure all members of your bike group have arrived before proceeding to check in at the Front Desk at the Exhibitor’s Booth.

Your group will be placed into a queue on a first come, first served basis for the stage photo session.

We have waiting seats available nearby, and our team will call your group when it’s time to head on stage. The NBW Custom Mini Helmet will be handed to your group during the photo session.
