In the Mini Major Program, mentors teach girls the fundamentals of their own fields — like programming, design, psychology, engineering and more! — from the ground up. For example, a mentor experienced in coding might start with the basics of programming, guide her group through beginner projects, and help them join competitions. Each program follows a clear learning path where mentors and students take online courses, explore new topics, and discuss what they’ve learned in interactive sessions.
