1. What is a swap?
A swap is an opportunity to exchange things you no longer need for pre-loved items contributed by others. Instead of buying something new, you give existing items a second life!
2. Do I need to bring items to participate?
Yes! Bringing items is how you earn swap credits, which you can use to pick items from the swap collection.
3. How many items can I bring?
Each participant can bring a maximum of 5 items.
4. What categories are allowed?
We accept: Clothes, Books, Bags, Accessories, Household items, such as mugs, décor, and other reusable household objects
5. Can I bring a mix of different categories?
Absolutely! You can bring any combination of the accepted categories, as long as the total does not exceed five items.
6. Can I bring items other than those listed?
Only items from the listed categories will be accepted. If you're unsure about a particular item, please contact the organisers before bringing it.
7. What happens if my items are rejected?
Rejected items will not earn swap credits. You'll need to take them back with you unless the organisers communicate another arrangement.
8. Can I exchange my swap credits for cash?
No. Swap credits can only be used to exchange items at the event and have no cash value.
9. Will I find good items to take home?
Absolutely! All items are quality-checked, so come ready to discover some pre-loved treasures. What you find depends on what everyone brings!
10. When and where should I drop off my items?
Drop-off along with other details will be communicated after registration. Keep an eye on your messages for updates!
