Congleton Dog Rescue Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog. This form helps us match dogs with safe, loving homes. Please answer all questions honestly and thoroughly.

Adoption Fees: Puppies (up to 1 year) £450–£500 | Adults (1–7 years) £350–£500 | Seniors (8+ years) £200–£300

Our Adoption Process:
Step 1: Home Visit – We meet your household and pets to ensure a safe, dog-ready environment. Virtual visits are possible.
Step 2: Meet & Greet – Introductions between the dog and all household members, including existing pets, to ensure compatibility.
Step 3: Adoption & Lifelong Support – Sign the adoption contract and pay the fee. If circumstances change, the dog must be returned to us.
Step 4: Complete Your Application – Read each step carefully before completing the form to ensure a responsible adoption.
