For more information on the Artist Residency please refer to the following webpage before applying

Early applications are strongly encouraged as spaces are limited to four artist per cohort. Participants will be selected based on their application answers and portfolio of work. This program is open to emerging and established artists of either African nationality or heritage. It is suited to artists seeking rest, community and space to dream and deepen their art process. The rest residency is designed to be interactive and regenerative within the Lamu island community you are hosted in. We encourage meaningful exchange and community dialogue through workshops, open house studio visits, and talks.
