The GM of the Clov-East hotel (Saikh) has agreed to allow us to have one parent on the pool deck per class effective immediately. This is a trial run, and it must go well as having one parent on deck is essential for our business to thrive at the Clov-East location, which results in longer shifts and more hours for our coaches.

Parents are still NOT permitted to enter the hotel (at all) unless they are the one parent on the pool deck for that day, and they may only enter through the same door behind the hotel under the green canopy where you normally let your classes in. Once inside, they must go directly to the pool deck, remove their shoes before stepping onto it, and fill out the participant waiver. Parents ARE NOT allowed to speak to any hotel staff or hotel guests. Failure to follow this procedure will compromise our hotel contract, and put our one parent on deck privileges at risk of being fully revoked permanently. Remember that the hotel contract is #1 over our clients.
