Waiver
I hereby give my permission for my child to attend and participate in Barrie Victory Centre’s (B.V.C.) Vacation Bible School (V.B.S.) Kids Event, on Sat July 25 and/or Aug 8 2026. I understand my child will be participating in outdoor and indoor games, crafts, snacks, praise and worship, and other learning activities. I understand that my child is physically capable of engaging in these activities. I hereby assume all risk of injury and damages with my child’s participation in these events and will not hold Barrie Victory Centre staff or volunteers liable. I acknowledge that if my child is disrespectful of Barrie Victory Centre's leaders, property, peers and the boundaries established by B.V.C’s V.B.S. leaders, I will be asked to pick up my child immediately and at my expense. I confirm the contact number given below is the best number to reach me during VBS hours. Please sign your child(ren) in and out. Children will be under our supervision during Vacation Bible School (VBS) until they are signed out and will only be released to the parent/guardian who signed them in unless you have otherwise advised the VBS leader. Children are encouraged to walk within the sanctuary area unless they are asked to run for a particular activity.
