Youform vs Google FormsIs the Google Forms to Youform converter free?
Yes. Importing your form is free. Youform includes unlimited forms and responses on the free plan, subject to fair use. Advanced features are available on paid plans.
Do I need a Youform account to try it?
You can import a public Google Form and preview the result without an account. Choose Use this Youform when you want to continue. You can then sign in or create an account to save and edit the form.
Which Google Forms link should I paste?
Use the published respondent link, usually ending in /viewform, or a forms.gle short link. Do not use a link ending in /edit. Open the link in a private browser window to check that it is available without a Google sign-in.
Does my Google Form need to be public?
Yes. The converter reads the form from its public link. If access is restricted to your organization or requires signing in, it may not be able to read the form. Only import forms you own or have permission to use.
Are my existing responses and Google Sheet imported?
No. This imports the form structure, not response history or its spreadsheet connection. Your original Google Form and responses stay where they are. Connect Google Sheets in Youform if you want new responses sent to a spreadsheet.
Will conditional logic and quiz scoring transfer?
Google Forms branching, answer keys, and scoring rules are not copied by this importer. Review the imported questions, then set up your logic and scoring in the Youform editor before sharing the new form.
Can I customize the form after importing?
Yes. Edit the questions, choose colors and fonts, add images, and change the layout. You can share the finished Youform with a link or embed it on your website.
